Job summary

BYD Group Australia is seeking an experienced After-sales Support Engineer for energy storage products. You will resolve technical issues across global markets, maintain strong customer relationships, and support local teams with problem analysis and repair planning.

The role includes providing technical training to customers and partners, gathering market feedback for R&D, and coordinating spare parts logistics with regional warehouses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential energy storage or related field.
• Strong electrical technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• Familiar with local regulations and certifications for energy storage.
• Understand local sales networks and installer ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• After-sales Technical Support: resolve issues across global markets to ensure normal operation of home energy storage products.
• Customer Relationship Maintenance: communicate with customers worldwide, understand needs, handle complaints, and improve satisfaction.
• Product Problem Resolution: assist local teams in analyzing and resolving product quality problems and follow up on progress.
• Technical Training and Guidance: train local customers and partners on product use, installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Feedback and Suggestions: collect market feedback and provide input for R&D and product strategy.
• Spare Parts Management: coordinate with regional warehouses to ship parts and manage repairs.
