BYD in Sydney, Australia seeks an After-sales Technical Support specialist to resolve issues on home energy storage products across global markets and ensure smooth operation of the products. You will maintain strong customer communications, address feedback, and support local teams.

You will also train customers and partners on product use, installation, repair, and maintenance, gather market feedback for R&D, coordinate spare parts, and stay aware of regional regulations.

Formación

• Be familiar with local residential energy storage regulations and certification requirements applicable to the assigned market region.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region and occasional international business trips to other regions as needed.
• Language and communication: proficiency in English and the local language(s) of the assigned market preferred.

Responsabilidades

• After-sales Technical Support: resolve technical issues in home energy storage products across global markets to ensure product operation.
• Customer Relationship Maintenance: maintain communication with customers worldwide, understand needs and feedback, handle complaints and suggestions to improve satisfaction.
• Product Problem Resolution: assist local after-sales teams in analyzing and resolving product quality problems and follow up on resolutions.
• Technical Training and Guidance: provide local customers and partners with technical training on product use, installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Feedback and Suggestions: collect product-use feedback from different markets to inform R&D and product strategy.
• Spare Parts Management: coordinate with warehouses to ship spare parts and manage repairs of damaged parts.
• Regulatory Awareness: be familiar with local regulations and certification requirements for residential energy storage in the assigned market region.
• Market Insight: understand local sales networks, installer ecosystem, and key customer profiles to promote products at installer level.
