Job summary

Nuix in Sydney is seeking a creative eLearning Designer to turn complex technical material into engaging online modules. You will own end-to-end design, LMS administration, and collaborate with subject matter experts across time zones to deliver high-quality learning for customers, partners, and new employees.

Based in our Sydney office, the role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in-office, with the option to work remotely for the remaining days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
• Ability to design engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and distribute end-to-end eLearning solutions using Articulate, Vyond, Vimeo and Techsmith.
• Apply ADDIE and instructional design theories to ensure pedagogically sound materials.
• Administer the LMS: manage users, courses, and certifications.
• Collaborate with SMEs and global stakeholders to deliver courses at scale.
• Track progress, report outcomes, and meet deadlines.
