Job summary

KIVARI, a Sydney-based fashion brand, seeks an Ecommerce Operator to drive trading across AU and ROW sites. You will focus on conversion, CRO, analytics and multi-market merchandising, including US markets where applicable, using Shopify and Shopify Markets.

The role requires hands-on management of pricing, currencies and cross-border shipping while collaborating with planning and marketing teams. With 4+ years in ecommerce trading, you will deliver site improvements, lead launches, and optimise

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ecommerce trading or management with a fashion/retail focus.
• Experience managing multiple websites across international markets,US preferred.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, CRO, SEO and analytics.
• Hands-on GA4 experience and data-driven decision making.
• Commercial mindset with ability to balance creativity and data.

Responsibilities

• Trade KIVARI AU & ROW sites to hit sales and profit targets.
• Improve conversion rate and KPIs like ATV and UPT.
• Execute promotional and seasonal strategies with marketing calendar.
• Implement CRO initiatives and use analytics to optimise performance.
• Merchandise products based on stock, sell-through, and markdowns.
• Lead new product launches and onsite merchandising.
• Leverage AI-personalisation and search by market and segment.
• Optimise international site configuration: pricing, duties, currency.
• Deliver weekly sales and monthly performance reports with insights.
• Drive AI efficiencies through reporting automation.
