Girls with Gems is reshaping fashion ecommerce from a fast-scaling operations hub in Sydney. We’re seeking a hands-on digital delivery specialist to own projects from concept to live, across website and app, with a bias for AI-driven optimization on Shopify Plus.

You’ll lead multiple initiatives, run A/B tests, analyse results, and convert insights into improvements that drive conversion and revenue. You’ll mentor the Ecom Assistant and ship features that enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead digital projects from idea to live across website and app.
• Relentless in applying A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversions.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to move faster and improve outcomes.
