Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Director, Project Management (SDPM) to lead the Project Management team within a therapeutic group. You will drive the successful execution of global projects, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets in collaboration with sponsors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University/college degree (life science preferred) or equivalent.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 8+ years demonstrated skills in clinical project management and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental project financial performance and budgets.
• Develop and implement project plans with performance indicators.
• Review strategy, content and costing of new business proposals.
• Manage resources and meet utilization targets.
• Foster sponsor relationships and conduct reviews.
• Lead sub-therapeutic groups as assigned.
• Support company initiatives directed by VP/PM.
