Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead a team delivering site management for complex global studies. The role ensures site qualification, initiation, monitoring and closeout in line with study plans and safety reporting requirements.

You will oversee CTMs, coordinate regional efforts, participate in sponsor meetings, and drive recruitment strategies across multiple countries while maintaining data quality and TMF readiness.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in biological/physical/health studies or equivalent.
• Minimum four years as Senior Clinical Research Associate (or equivalent).
• Two-year degree with nursing or life science plus minimum six years as Senior CRA.
• CTM/LCRA experience may be required; travel is expected.
• Promotion is based on competency and responsibility, not just years.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the clinical site management team from start to close.
• Oversee regional CTMs and coordinate cross‑team efforts.
• Represent site management issues at sponsor/Investigator meetings and Bid defenses.
• Contribute to global monitoring strategy for site initiation, enrollment and closeout.
• Input to project tracking systems, reports and resource planning.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Regulatory, Start‑up and PM.
• Mentor CRA team with support from PM and sponsor as needed.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies in assigned countries/sites.
• Lead recruitment tracking and revise site-specific plans to stay on target.
• Ensure data quality, data integrity and timely reporting of safety events.

Education

Four-year college curriculum in biological/physical/health studies
