Job summary
MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc (NYSE: ESI), seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the global Polymer Protection and TIMs portfolio. You will steer product strategies, manage a team of Product Managers, and work with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure lifecycle success and market relevance.
You will shape future directions by identifying opportunities, crafting compelling value propositions, and building a robust product pipeline
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Product Management, including strategy, portfolio, and commercialization.
- Proven leadership in building and guiding Product Managers, Specialists, and eCommerce teams.
- Familiarity with electronic assembly materials and related technologies.
- Experience collaborating across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Marketing and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global product management strategy for the Business Unit.
- Lead and develop Product Management, Product Specialist, and eCommerce teams.
- Drive portfolio growth through innovation, commercialization, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management.
- Oversee technology roadmaps and launch of new products and technologies.
- Develop product positioning and customer value propositions for competitiveness.
- Partner with regional commercial teams to hit revenue, margin, and volume targets.
- Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into solutions.
- Utilise market intelligence and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement across product management processes and portfolio performance.
