Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Demand Planning Manager to own the Demand and Market pillars of the divisional SIOP process. You will develop an accurate, data-driven demand plan across go-to-market regions, aligned with commercial strategy and finance.

The role drives forecasting discipline, scenario modelling, and lifecycle integration, coordinating with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Supply Planning to deliver a single, aligned plan that supports the division's operating rhythm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or related field.
• MBA and APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end demand planning in multi-region setups.
• Strong forecasting methodologies and market modelling expertise.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytics and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand Review phase of the SIOP cycle with governance and cadence across regions.
• Develop and manage a single consensus unconstrained demand plan by consolidating regional forecasts.
• Provide leadership to regional demand planners and drive forecasting discipline.
• Deliver advanced demand forecasting, analytics, and scenario modelling.
• Integrate new product introductions and lifecycle changes into demand plans.
• Own demand performance metrics, including forecast accuracy and bias.
• Partner with Supply Planning to align demand with inventory strategies.
• Govern CRM systems and sales pipeline processes for data integrity.
• Align demand plans with financial forecasts and business growth implications.
• Act as the commercial voice within SIOP to enable cross-functional alignment.
