Job summary

Essense of Australia Inc. is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our global Supply Chain team. You will analyze sales, inventory and demand data to develop accurate forecasts and ensure product availability across our worldwide operations.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing to align forecast assumptions, identify risks and propose actions. This on-site role is based at Osborne Park, Australia, and offers evolving responsibilities in a dynamic bridal fashion

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning and inventory forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to influence decisions using data insights.

Responsibilities

• Review sales, inventory and demand data to develop forecasts.
• Develop forecasting models and monitor forecast accuracy.
• Interpret data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Forecast fabric requirements to support purchasing.
• Coordinate with design and purchasing on new products.
• Review capacity plans and adjust stock strategies as needed.
