Easygo in Melbourne is seeking a results-driven CRM & marketing copy specialist to own email and push campaigns across multiple markets. You will craft clear English copy, coordinate translations, and ensure on-brand, error-free communications from brief to send.

You’ll partner with design, content, and analytics teams, manage calendars, run A/B tests to lift open and click-through rates, and report performance to stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years experience using CRM or customer engagement software.
• Delivered marketing communications from brief through QA and send.
• Produced clear, engaging marketing copy with strong editing and proofreading.
• Managed multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
• Coordinated with copywriters, translators, designers and other cross-functional teams.
• Used data to inform insights and actions.
• Communicated clearly and proactively when clarifying briefs or resolving challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute CRM email and push notification campaigns.
• Write clear English copy that supports campaign goals.
• Coordinate translations/localisation for multiple languages.
• Brief and manage production of visual assets with design team.
• Proof all copy, translations, links, and campaign setup before send.
• Conduct A/B testing across copy, subjects, CTAs, creatives.
• Monitor and report campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requests and priorities.
• Maintain campaign records, workflows and documentation for scalable CRM.
