Job summary

Breville Group, Sydney, seeks a General Manager, Cooking who reports to the Global Product Officer. You will provide end-to-end strategic, commercial and product leadership for Breville's global Cooking portfolio.

You will set strategy, build a winning portfolio, own the commercial outcomes and drive execution across a matrix of category managers and product development teams, with a relentless focus on consumer value and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute product or category strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and own the commercial and consumer strategy for the Cooking portfolio.
• Build a winning product portfolio by prioritising opportunities and evolving categories.
• Own commercial outcomes including portfolio P&L, ROI and investment prioritisation.
• Turn strategy into execution with on-time, on-brief delivery within budget.
• Lead through the matrix, aligning Category Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Shape future innovation through consumer research and R&D.
• Build high-performing teams and coach leaders to maintain pace and accountability.
• Influence across Breville and represent the Cooking portfolio in leadership forums.
