Job summary

Breville USA, Inc. is seeking a General Manager, Cooking to lead its global Cooking portfolio. You will set strategy, balance consumer needs with commercial priorities, and drive multi-year roadmaps that sustain competitive advantage.

You’ll partner with engineering, design and regional teams to turn strategy into market-winning products, guiding investment decisions and ensuring on-time delivery with strong financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years’ experience across Product Management, Product Development or Business Management.
• Proven experience developing and executing product or category strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including experience with P&L, ROI and investment prioritisation.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and ambition for the Cooking portfolio with multi-year roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Lead portfolio P&L thinking, ROI and business cases balancing revenue, margin and brand relevance.
• Turn strategy into execution delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Influence across functions and regions, shaping future innovation and category strategy.
