Metso in Australia is seeking a Global Product Support Manager for the Chute & Conveyor Solutions Product Line. You will lead technical sales support, engage with markets, and shape solutions that improve performance and total cost of ownership across regions.

You are a seasoned engineer with 8+ years in conveyor systems, capable of guiding cross‑functional teams, delivering training, and driving product strategy while traveling globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in conveyor solutions and/or conveyor component applications.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyors and related components.
• Willingness to travel globally and engage with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide global technical leadership and sales support for CCSPL.
• Engage with Market Areas and regional sales teams to drive growth.
• Deliver training and develop technical content for sales teams.
• Support product strategy, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
