TikTok Australia is seeking a seasoned marketer to advance IP business development and commercial partnerships. You will craft non-standard advertising inventories, create sponsorship proposals, and coordinate across sales, creative, finance, ops, and product teams to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in sponsorship or commercial partnerships within sports marketing, ad agencies, TV networks, or tech platforms.
• Global mindset and ability to work across time zones and cultures.
• Strong project management with track record of delivering complex, cross-market initiatives.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising on mobile/social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive advertising and sponsorship revenue growth by enabling sales with content and IP solutions, leveraging TikTok ad products, creator resources, and brand sponsorship opportunities.
• Create non-standard advertising inventory that can be bundled with TikTok Ad solutions to drive brand objectives.
• Build and deliver customized pitches, sponsorship proposals, and rate cards aligned with global/regional standards.
• Lead and manage project workflows across pre-sales, sales, and post-sale stages; ensure on-time delivery.
