Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years in Trust & Safety, Legal Ops, Content Moderation, Risk Management or related fast-paced domain.
• Experience mentoring peers and leading teams through ambiguous cases.
• Strong judgment and independent decision-making under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Comfort with reviewing sensitive content and flexible shift work.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior operational reference point and mentor for Sydney team members navigating complex IP and legal moderation cases.
• Work within core queues and intake channels under U.S. legal frameworks, ensuring high quality and SLA adherence.
• Lead high-stakes escalations and emergency incidents during APAC business hours.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to address regional needs and communicate status updates.
• Audit workflows to identify gaps and present actionable improvements to leadership.
• Drive operational and project work to improve documentation and shift handover protocols between Sydney and U.S. counterparts.
• Maintain strong self-direction and executive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
