You will connect Retail, Wholesale and international markets with the broader business, driving operational excellence and scalable ways of working that support future growth. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will build strong governance, drive data-driven decision making, and lead a small team to deliver consistent

Qualifications

• Experience leading Commercial Operations, Retail Operations or Wholesale Operations within a multi-channel business.
• Strong understanding of both Retail and Wholesale environments.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and execution.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable processes, systems and ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving capability.
• Confidence using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
• A passion for leveraging technology and AI to improve efficiency and business performance.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and connect Retail, Wholesale and international markets with the broader business to ensure operational excellence.
• Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to deliver the Commercial operating agenda.
• Establish operating standards, processes and requirements across markets; enable execution.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities to improve consistency and capability; share best practices.
• Develop scalable processes, tools and ways of working to support a growing global business.
• Lead a small Commercial Operations team and foster accountability, collaboration and execution excellence.
