Job summary

Core Talent is partnering with a market-leading global logistics and freight forwarder in Sydney to recruit a Client Services Supervisor. You will lead a high-performing client services team, drive SLA adherence, onboard new clients, and ensure seamless cross-functional delivery between commercial teams, overseas agents, and VIP customers.

You will oversee key accounts, coach staff, and optimise onboarding processes while collaborating with global offices to sustain growth and deliver excellent

Qualifications

2+ years in a supervisory or senior client service role in freight forwarding or international logistics.
Strong knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
Proven ability to coach teams, troubleshoot operations, and manage client relationships.
Solid understanding of market rates, profitability drivers, and global shipping networks.
Excellent client-facing communication and experience with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Client Service Representatives, ensuring SLA/KPI delivery.
Oversee a portfolio of key client accounts and act as escalation point for complex issues.
Drive onboarding, update SOPs, and promote adoption of tracking and reporting tools.
Collaborate with KAMs, Commercial Executives, and overseas offices to support growth.
