Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Melbourne, Australia, seeks a CI Lead to drive Lean Six Sigma process improvement across the LCS. You will lead Black Belts and Green Belts, scope projects, forecast resources, and track benefits to deliver productivity, quality and service gains.

Partner with business leaders to set goals, ensure clear charters, deploy Lean methods, and maintain measurement frameworks that quantify results across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in the field with demonstrated leadership.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management.
• Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic process improvement and control initiatives for the LCS business.
• Advise groups on initiative selection, resourcing and prioritization.
• Manage and report financial aspects of projects.
• Provide leadership to Black Belts and mentoring for Green Belts.
• Drive Lean Enterprise principles to achieve business targets.
• Ensure goals, schedules and budgets align with business strategy.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team and foster urgency to resolve issues.
