Job summary

Grace Loves Lace is seeking a strategic Brand Manager to guardianship the brand across all channels and campaigns. You will translate brand strategy into compelling storytelling, lead photoshoots, and guide a small creative team to deliver elevated content for a global audience.

You will work closely with the CMO and Founder, balancing creativity with commercial acumen in a fast-paced, in-office role at our Gold Coast HQ in Burleigh Heads.

Qualifications

• Strategic, organised and commercially minded Brand Manager.
• Experience leading design teams and campaigns.
• Strong collaboration across fast-paced marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ultimate brand guardian across all content and communications.
• Collaborate with CMO and Founder to execute brand campaigns and creative initiatives.
• Plan and manage new collection campaigns and key brand moments globally.
• Lead planning and execution of photoshoots across retail, wholesale and e-commerce, managing budgets and logistics.
• Manage and mentor two Graphic Designers to ensure output meets brand standards and timelines.
• Oversee creative delivery across channels including social, website and emails.
• Partner with wider marketing team to align PR, influencer and campaign activity with brand strategy.
• Supervise Social Media content direction for global audiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance and customer engagement.
