White Fox Boutique Pty is seeking an Influencer Specialist to drive our influencer marketing strategy for the Baddest sub-brand. You will develop collaborations, manage talent, and coordinate campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar PR and influencer based role.
• Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing and current rates.
• Experience in global influencer marketing preferred.
• Passionate about social media and influencer marketing.
• Proven track record and results in previous position.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Works well within a team, while also hands on with the ability to work independently.
• Have a passion for beauty & tanning.
• Eye for detail and current trends.
• Positive, upbeat personality.

Responsibilities

• Grow our global influencer program hand in hand with the team.
• Assist with development and execution of high level influencer activities across segments.
• Source new talent aligned with brand goals.
• End to End management of influencer contracts both paid and gifted.
• Build strong relationships with key influencers across social platforms.
• Coordinate influencer strategies with the marketing team.
• Brainstorm new approaches to influencer campaigns and brand awareness.
• Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through programs.
• Deliver fortnightly activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager.
