Job summary

White Fox Boutique Pty is seeking a passionate Influencer Specialist to join our Baddest sub-brand and drive influencer collaborations, campaigns and creator relationships globally. You’ll source talent, negotiate terms and manage end-to-end influencer activities across platforms to amplify brand awareness and sales.

The ideal candidate is creative, trend-driven and highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication. Experience in beauty influencer marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar PR and influencer-based role.
• Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing and current rates.
• Experience in global influencer marketing preferred.
• Passionate about social media and influencer marketing.
• Proactive with initiative to drive and execute new ideas.
• Proven track record and results in previous position.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Works well within a team, while also being hands on with the ability to work independently.
• Results orientated and brand focused.
• Have a passion for beauty & tanning.
• Eye for detail and current trends.
• Positive, upbeat personality.

Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with the team to continue to grow our global influencer program
• Assist with the development and execution of high level influencer activities across segments.
• Constantly source new talent which aligns with the brands goals
• End to End management of influencer contracts both paid and gifted
• Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with Baddest Bod’s brand identity, across all social media platforms.
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels.
• Be proactive and brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and brand awareness activities.
• Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs and contracts
• Deliver fortnightly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager.
