White Fox Boutique Pty is seeking an Influencer Specialist to drive our influencer marketing strategy for the Baddest sub-brand. You will develop collaborations, manage talent, and coordinate campaigns across channels.

The ideal candidate loves beauty and tanning, stays on-trend, and thrives in a fast-paced team with creative flair. Expect hands-on responsibilities and opportunities for growth in a dynamic Sydney setting.

We're looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Specialist to join our growing sub brand Baddest, and help bring our influencer marketing strategy to life through exciting collaborations, creative campaigns and creator relationships.

The ideal candidate is creative, obsessed with keeping up with the ever changing world of influencers & social media. They'll have a natural eye for emerging trends and talent, strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. A passion for beauty is a must, and previous experience or exposure to the beauty industry would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work hand in hand with the team to continue to grow our global influencer program
• Assist with the development and execution of high level influencer activities across segments.
• Constantly source new talent which aligns with the brands goals
• End to End management of influencer contracts both paid and gifted
• Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with Baddest Bod's brand identity, across all social media platforms.
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels.
• Be proactive and brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and brand awareness activities.
• Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs and contracts
• Deliver fortnightly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager.
