Job summary

White Fox Boutique Pty is seeking a passionate Influencer Specialist for its Baddest Bod sub brand to elevate influencer marketing through collaborations, campaigns and creator relationships across global platforms.

You'll source talent, manage paid and gifted contracts, track engagement and conversions, and partner with the marketing team to drive brand awareness. Beauty industry passion is a plus and collaboration with a dynamic team is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar PR and influencer-based role.
• Extensive knowledge of influencer marketing and current rates.
• Experience in global influencer marketing preferred.
• Passionate about social media and influencer marketing.
• Driven and ambitious with proactive initiative.
• Proven track record and results in previous position.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to grow the global influencer program.
• Assist with development and execution of influencer activities.
• Source new talent aligned with brand goals.
• End-to-end management of influencer contracts (paid and gifted).
• Build relationships with key influencers across platforms.
• Coordinate influencer strategies with the marketing team.
• Brainstorm creative influencer campaigns and brand awareness ideas.
• Monitor engagement and conversions from influencer activity.
• Deliver fortnightly activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager.

Job description

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Specialist to join our growing sub brand Baddest, and help bring our influencer marketing strategy to life through exciting collaborations, creative campaigns and creator relationships.

The ideal candidate is creative, obsessed with keeping up with the ever changing world of influencers & social media. They’ll have a natural eye for emerging trends and talent, strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. A passion for beauty is a must, and previous experience or exposure to the beauty industry would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work hand in hand with the team to continue to grow our global influencer program
• Assist with the development and execution of high level influencer activities across segments.
• Constantly source new talent which aligns with the brands goals
• End to End management of influencer contracts both paid and gifted
• Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with Baddest Bod’s brand identity, across all social media platforms.
• Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels.
• Be proactive and brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and brand awareness activities.
• Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs and contracts
• Deliver fortnightly influencer activity reports to the PR & Influencer Manager.
