Job summary

Securitas Australia is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead the implementation, testing, commissioning and delivery of physical security systems across the APAC region, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection and alarm systems for datacenters and critical infrastructure.

You will work with architects, engineers, construction teams and vendors to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards while driving continuous improvement and data‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, security, engineering or related field; 5+ years of project/construction management experience including deployment of physical security systems.
• Strong knowledge of physical security technologies (access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, alarm systems).
• Experience in datacenters or critical infrastructure environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Certifications such as PSP, CPP, PMP, or CSPM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, testing, commissioning, and deployment of physical security systems across the APAC region.
• Oversee multiple security projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting and performance tracking.
• Review security designs and project documentation for quality, cost efficiency and compliance.
• Drive process improvement, automation, reporting and data-driven decision-making for the security program.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, construction teams, vendors and client representatives as a trusted advisor.
• Support incident response activities and strategic initiatives to improve operational performance.
