APAC Physical Security Project Lead

Job summary

Covestic Inc. seeks an experienced Physical Security Project Manager to lead APAC office/build security deployments. You will coordinate internal teams, regional vendors, landlords and construction partners to deliver on time, on budget, and aligned with GSIS standards.

The role requires broad knowledge of electronic security systems, APAC vendor management, and comfort operating across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in security/design/construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, PSP, CPP or equivalent certifications strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for APAC site visits and commissioning.
• Proven track record across APAC markets with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of building codes, compliance and data-privacy in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules, plans, budgets, correspondence and documentation for APAC projects.
• Produce RFPs, review vendor proposals, evaluate scope and pricing, manage changes.
• Build APAC vendor bench and ensure product availability and support align with standards.
• Lead contract reviews, bid processes, RFIs, interviews, and award recommendations.
• Oversee contracted design engineers to ensure complete, coordinated contract documents.
• Coordinate across architectural, electrical/fire alarm, network and AV/VC teams.
• Travel to project sites for acceptance testing and commissioning across APAC.
• Provide regional status presentations to DEC Manager and drive improvements.
