Job summary

Ansarada is hiring for a high-impact performance marketing role that blends paid media, CRO, and marketing operations. You’ll own global campaign execution across search, video, social, and email, partnering with the VP of Growth Marketing to drive new customer acquisition and eCommerce revenue.

AI accelerates briefs, testing, and reporting to unlock faster decisions. You’ll lead multichannel campaigns, run A/B tests, optimise pages, and collaborate with agencies and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance or digital marketing, in-house or agency-side.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools—HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Solid understanding of SEO, CMS (Sanity.io), and website management.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated paid media campaigns across search, display, video, social, and email with AI acceleration.
• Define campaign KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and deliver performance recommendations to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with agency partners to meet goals and targets across all paid channels.
• Plan and execute multivariate A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversions.
• Support Growth with targeting, awareness, and activation initiatives for product-led growth.
• Manage and optimise the company website with content team for SEO and performance.
