Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is hiring a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine across Google and Meta with full authority over systems, measurement, and creative testing. You will report to the CEO and drive capital allocation to maximize contribution margin.

This role offers radical flexibility, remote work globally, and an AI-first toolkit to optimize performance at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with ownership of $1M+/month on Google & Meta.
• Experience with high-AOV, $1,000+ orders and long decision cycles.
• Ability to design and implement systemized spend, pause, scale rules.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid engine end-to-end across Google & Meta with multi-million-dollar monthly budgets.
• Design and implement the rules, guardrails, and measurement the system relies on.
