Job summary

MASPRO is seeking a technically strong, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to shape how our digital ecosystem evolves. You’ll own the digital infrastructure behind marketing performance, working with the Marketing Director to drive visibility across Google, AI-assisted search, and emerging channels.

You’ll manage SEO, HubSpot workflows, WordPress performance, and analytics, with a focus on conversion pathways and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Hands-on across digital marketing platforms and channels.
• Strong SEO fundamentals including on-page and technical optimization.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, GA4, GTM and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital marketing infrastructure behind performance.
• Improve MASPRO's visibility across AI-assisted search and emerging channels.
• Manage SEO, structured data, and site performance for conversions.
• Oversee HubSpot workflows, segmentation, forms, and reporting.
• Monitor analytics dashboards and attribution to optimize campaigns.
• Lead paid search optimization and landing page effectiveness.
• Experiment with AI-enabled marketing and automated workflows.
