Job summary

TAFE SA is seeking an International Admissions Officer to oversee end-to-end administration of international student admissions for preparatory English and award programs at the Regency campus.

The role focuses on processing applications, offers and acceptances, while ensuring compliance with international education requirements and student administration processes. Candidates should have strong communication, data entry and IT skills and be able to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Sound administrative, data entry, records management and computing skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration and processing of international student admission applications.
• Assess and process applications, offers and acceptances for preparatory English and award courses.
• Provide timely and accurate advice to students and stakeholders.
• Work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and apply established procedures effectively.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and data entry processes.
• Use Microsoft Office and student management systems such as SIS and StudyLink.
• Support compliance with international education and admissions requirements.
• Communicate effectively with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
• Build effective relationships with students and stakeholders.
