O’Brien Glass is seeking a Scheduler / Planner to join the Metro Operations team at Wetherill Park. You will manage daily and future schedules for glaziers and contractors, coordinate site access and resources to keep jobs moving, and act as the escalation point for scheduling challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management, scheduling or planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and computer literacy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions.
• Experience mentoring or supporting team members (highly regarded).
• SimPRO or trade-scheduling experience (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Manage daily and future schedules for glaziers and contractors.
• Coordinate site access, equipment and labour to keep jobs moving.
• Act as the escalation point for complex scheduling challenges.
• Optimise capacity utilisation and minimise time to serve.
• Support workload forecasting and resource planning.
