Job summary

Team Global Express in Gladstone, Queensland seeks an experienced branch leader to own performance, safety, culture and customer experience.

You will translate strategy into action, drive daily performance, and lead an integrated, people-first team with full P&L ownership, cost and profitability management, and a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and DIFOT. Relocation to sunny Queensland is encouraged for the right candidate.

Your mission

You’ll translate strategy into action, drive daily performance, and lead the integration of teams to create alignment and accountability. With full P&L ownership, you’ll manage cost, performance, and profitability while delivering strong customer outcomes.

Safety is non-negotiable you’ll champion a proactive, safety-first culture.

At the same time, you’ll build capability, develop leaders, and create a team that performs.
