Bayside Health is seeking a casual Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant at The Mornington Centre in Frankston. You will deliver engaging activity programs for patients, including those with dementia, delirium, and depression, in collaboration with allied health and nursing teams.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle with relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience delivering programs to older adults with dementia and cognitive impairment.
• Ability to work with individuals and groups using diversional activities based on patient needs and preferences.
• Ability to collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health professionals as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to determine patient interests and monitor progress.
