Rix Asset Maintenance is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee geotechnical stabilization works across Queensland, including drilling, anchor installation, grouting and shotcrete. Strong rope-access leadership, safety focus and project coordination are essential for success in this permanent, full-time role.

Ideal candidates have IRATA rope access experience, a White card and a minimum of 3 years in ground engineering or civil infrastructure. Mining site exposure is an advantage.

Qualifications

• IRATA rope access certification preferred.
• White card and valid driving licence are required.
• Minimum 3 years in ground engineering/civil infrastructure.
• Experience supervising rope access teams and geotechnical works.

Responsabilités

• Supervise rope access crews, subcontractors and equipment.
• Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Complete daily reports and permit documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and equipment inspections per industry standards.
• Oversee ground support installation and monitor team productivity.
