Job summary

Lower Murray Water seeks a Geographic Information System (GIS) Officer to support the GIS team in maintaining spatial data and mapping systems across north-west Victoria. Prior GIS experience is desirable but not essential; training and development opportunities are provided.

You will update asset information systems, produce maps and spatial reports, validate data, and assist with GIS projects while collaborating with operational teams to ensure accurate data across water services.

• You'll be detail-focused, organised and keen to learn.
• Experience with GIS, databases, mapping systems or technical data management is desirable, but not essential.

Looking to start or build your career in Geographic Information Systems? Join Lower Murray Water's GIS team and help maintain the spatial data and mapping systems that support essential water, wastewater, irrigation and drainage services across north-west Victoria. Previous GIS experience is desirable but not essential. We'll provide support and development opportunities to help you succeed.
