Job summary

DATAGENE LIMITED is seeking a Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to join the Stakeholder Relations team in Melbourne. This role focuses on providing responsive support to customers, member organisations and industry stakeholders by phone and email, while coordinating across teams to ensure inquiries are resolved and ABV orders are managed efficiently.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator

DataGene is an independent, industry-owned organisation supporting genetic improvement and better decision-making in the Australian dairy industry. We manage and connect industry data, deliver national genetic evaluations and genomic services, and develop tools and services that help farmers and industry partners improve productivity, profitability and long-term sustainability.

We are looking for a Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to join our Stakeholder Relations team.

This is a varied, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly. You will be a key point of contact for DataGene’s customers, member organisations and industry stakeholders, providing responsive support by phone and email and helping ensure enquiries are followed through to resolution.

You will also support pedigree and genotype submissions for genomic ABV orders, contribute to customer and stakeholder communications, assist with ABV releases and invoicing, and provide coordination and secretariat support across a range of industry activities.
