Job summary

Serco is seeking a passionate General Practitioner to join the Creswell Clinic in New South Wales. This role offers a unique primary healthcare setting with no Medicare Billing, longer appointments, and a commitment to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner.
• FRACGP, FACRRM or Vocational Registration required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a General Practice Setting.
• Current CPR certification (HLTAID009).
• Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary care to Defence members.
• Conduct fitness-for-duty assessments and injury management.
• Work in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

About Creswell

Creswell Clinic is located at Jervis Bay 2540 at HMAS Creswell on the east coast of NSW. Approximately a 20-minute drive from its sister base HMAS Albatross, the Creswell Clinic provides primary medical, nursing, mental health and physiotherapy services. It also supports the bi-annual intake of New Entry Officer Cadets and services up to 3200 ADF members. Standard hours of operation are generally 0730-1530 Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality primary care to Defence members
• Occupational Medicine environment, conducting fitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment care, in addition to injury management, chronic disease management and preventative health
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment where patient wellness is paramount

What you bring

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner
• FRACGP, FACRRM or Vocational Registration
• Minimum two years’ GP experience in the last five years in a General Practice Setting
• Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
• Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)
• Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care
