NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a General Manager to lead two iconic Tasmanian properties, Pumphouse Point and Derwent Bridge Hotel. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, oversee operations, and shape the future of these destinations while living in Tasmania's wilderness.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will steer financial performance, staff development and strategic planning, balancing hands-on leadership with long-term business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader in premium hotel or resort operations.
• Experience leading multi-department hotel operations including accommodation, F&B, guest services and commercial performance.
• Strong people leadership with ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Authentic, hands-on leadership style that builds trust and inspires others.
• Commercial acumen with budgets, forecasting, and operational efficiencies.
• Experience driving change and business growth initiatives.
• Experience managing remote tourism/hospitality operations is highly regarded.
• Qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism, Management or related discipline.
