Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a hands-on Trade Assistant Supervisor to lead a small maintenance team onsite at Yulara, NT. You will supervise daily tasks, ensure safety and quality, and keep a busy resort running smoothly.

This relocation role requires a valid White Card and driver’s license, with the opportunity to live onsite and access resort facilities. You’ll coach colleagues, document work, and coordinate repairs and installations to standard.

Qualifications

• Hands-on trade or construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Trade Assistants with daily maintenance, repairs and installations.
• Allocate work and supervise the team to meet safety, quality and time standards.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to day-to-day needs.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and work records.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to the team while upholding WHS and presentation standards.

Ayers Rock Resort is looking for a Trade Assistant Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes from Uluru. This is a relocation role with the opportunity to lead a capable team and support the maintenance that keeps a busy resort running.

About the Role

As our Trade Assistant Supervisor, you’ll lead a hands-on team and help keep maintenance work across the resort safe, organized and on track.

This role suits someone with hands‑on experience in a trade or building construction environment who enjoys supporting others, staying organized and leading from the front.

A full Australian driver’s license and a valid White Card are required for this role.

Key Duties

• Coordinate and support Trade Assistants with daily maintenance, repairs and installations across the resort.
• Allocate work and help the team complete tasks safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to day‑to‑day operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping and completed work.
• Provide direction, coaching and performance feedback, while ensuring the team meets WHS, grooming and presentation standards
