Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort in the Red Centre is seeking a General Manager, Zone 3, to lead operations across the Outback Hotel & Lodge, Contractors Village, Campground, Coach Campground and Residents Club. You will drive operational excellence and guest experiences while balancing commercial performance.

This highly visible leadership role focuses on developing future leaders, overseeing a diverse portfolio, and delivering strong financial and service outcomes in a remote environment.

About the Role

As General Manager, Zone 3, you'll lead operations across the Outback Hotel & Lodge, Contractors Village, Campground, Coach Campground and Residents Club, overseeing a unique mix of accommodation, food and beverage, campground and village operations. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance and exceptional guest and resident experiences across the zone

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll drive operational performance, develop future leaders and oversee a diverse portfolio of businesses. You'll balance commercial outcomes, team engagement and guest satisfaction while helping shape the ongoing success of Zone 3.
