Job summary

An industry-leading provider of critical energy and infrastructure solutions is seeking an experienced General Manager Operations to lead a large, multi-disciplinary operations function across the Australia Pacific region.

This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple service centres, project sites and field operations, while building capability, improving performance and fostering a strong safety-first culture.

The Opportunity

Reporting as a key member of the regional leadership team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of operations, engineering, project delivery and resource management functions.

You will play a critical role in shaping operational strategy, improving business performance and ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient delivery of services to customers across the region.
