You will manage a talented team, drive enrolments, nurture relationships with families and help create the shows and experiences our students remember for years.

A strong people leader with commercial instincts, outstanding customer service skills and a genuine connection with music and the arts is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in management, sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Experience managing a P&L or budget.
• Proven experience recruiting, leading, and managing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.
• High level of integrity, leadership, and work ethic.
• Experience working with children (preferred).
• Passion for music and the arts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow a business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience for students and parents, driving engagement and enrolment.
• Lead and support a team of instructional and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Manage the school’s Profit & Loss (P&L), including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Plan and execute high-quality events that build community and keep students engaged.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including billing, scheduling, and clear communication.
• Act as a brand ambassador within the local community, building relationships with businesses, schools, and organisations.
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff to ensure success in their roles.
• Promote diversity and inclusion, creating a welcoming environment for all.
• Monitor and deliver results across key educational and business KPIs.
• Oversee marketing, sales, and promotional activities to drive growth.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for students and staff, including adherence to all safety protocols.
