Qualifications

• Significant management experience within the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Experience coordinating multi-venue/sites (cluster management) is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage asset maintenance programs and infrastructure improvements within approved budgets and timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and financial performance across multiple hospitality and tourism businesses.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, licences, permits and company policies.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for approval by the Managing Director.
• Lead, mentor and develop department leaders and operational teams.
