Talent International, partnering with the Australian Federal Police Association (AFPA), is recruiting a General Manager based in Canberra. Reporting to the CEO/President, you will lead the association’s day-to-day operations and deliver strategic priorities across finance, governance, people and member services.

This role suits an accomplished leader who can manage a multidisciplinary team, translate strategy into measurable improvements, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders,

• Experience leading teams and improving operational performance.
• Strong financial and business management skills.
• Sound judgment in governance, risk and compliance.

• Experience in member-based associations or unions would be valuable.
