Job summary

SAP ANZ's Canberra Branch seeks a CANBERRA Executive GM to lead full commercial and operational performance, owning P&L, the customer lifecycle, and the high-performing team driving SAP's government engagements. You will define the branch strategy and partner ecosystem, acting as a trusted executive partner to senior government and Defence stakeholders in Australia.

You will bring experience in navigating APS funding cycles and procurement governance to deliver credible, funded business cases,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a government-focused technology sales business with full P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships at Secretary, CFO, CIO level in Canberra.
• Deep knowledge of APS funding cycles, procurement governance, and Defence programmes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Canberra branch strategy aligned to SAP ANZ priorities.
• Lead a high-performing team and develop next-generation sales leaders.
• Manage full P&L and customer lifecycle across Federal Government and Defence markets.
• Shape the partner ecosystem and ensure delivery quality and customer success.
