Job summary

Well Hung Glass and Aluminium Products in Townsville seeks an experienced General Manager to lead operations, sales, admin and service delivery, balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership to drive profitability.

You’ll oversee manufacturing, installation, budgeting and KPIs, build strong customer and supplier relationships, foster a safety-focused culture, and guide teams to meet ambitious growth and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, glazing, windows and doors or similar.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes and commercial requirements.
• 5–10 years' senior management or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across operations, installation, sales, administration and customer service; build strong supplier relationships.
• Drive accountability, safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, profitability and KPIs.
