Job summary

Consolidated Plastics and Epoxy in Paget QLD is seeking an experienced General Manager to drive the next growth phase. You will lead manufacturing, engineering, sales and administration with a hands-on, strategic approach and a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will bring proven leadership, commercial acumen, and a track record of profitability improvement, managing end-to-end operations and building key customer relationships in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a General Manager or equivalent role.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and profitability improvement.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Extensive operational and supply chain management expertise.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership approach.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the business.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead manufacturing, production, engineering, sales and administration teams.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and cost control initiatives.
