Job summary

Frontline Hospitality Sydney is seeking a senior manager to oversee a multi-venue operation including bars, bottle shop, entertainment and gaming. You will lead a team, train staff and drive service standards across all departments.

The role requires solid licensing and compliance knowledge, strong financial acumen with costing, P&L and KPI focus, and the ability to manage stock, budgets and multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Several years in a similar senior management role within a multi offering venue.
• Licensing and compliance knowledge.
• High turnover gaming experience and analytics knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-venue operation including bars, bottle shop, entertainment and gaming.
• Lead a team and train new candidates.
• Costing, P&L and KPI tracking across the venue.
• Stock ordering and regular stock takes; manage budgets and priorities.

Job description

The Role:
You will oversee a multi bars, bottle shop, entertainment , gaming and all staffing requirements, all reported to an experienced and passionate Ownership.
You will also have the chance to lead a team of professionals and train any new candidates. You will be experienced in costing, P&L and KPI's as well as ordering stock, performing regular stock takes and general BOH.
