Bendigo Bank is seeking a General Manager, Group Operational Risk, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer. You will lead an enterprise-wide ORMF, sponsor major risk modernisation, and oversee BCM, disaster recovery, and the enterprise ServiceNow deployment.

You will advise the Board Risk Committee and regulators, challenge First Line executives, and build a high-performing, nationally distributed operational risk team.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law or Risk Management.
• AC I accreditation or equivalent (ACI) or ability to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Lead ORMF, policies and standards with robust 2LoA challenge to CEO and Board.
• Ensure compliance with APRA CPS 230 (Operational Risk Management).
• Direct BCM framework, disaster recovery programs and Major Incident Plan.
• Own the enterprise ServiceNow risk deployment and data-driven insights.
• Build and lead a high-performing, nationally distributed risk team.
