Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the NSW broking operation, with a focus on Corporate Insurance clients.
• Oversee Corporate Insurance portfolios across NSW and drive growth.
• Mentor and manage a team of experienced Insurance Brokers and Account Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, insurers and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement growth strategies and improve performance.
